Deposit/cancellation policy

 

 

ALL  SESSIONS REQUIRE A NONREFUNDABLE, NONTRANSFERABLE DEPOSIT TO RESERVE THE DATE AND TIME FOR THE SESSION UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE.

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE THE DEPOSIT HAS BEEN RECEIVED UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

YOU HAVE UP TO 48 HOURS TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION. THE RESCHEDULED SESSION MUST BE WITHIN 4 WEEKS OF THE ORIGINAL DATE OF SESSION. THE NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT WILL GO TOWARDS YOUR RESCHEDULED SESSION. 

 

CANCELLATION OF A SESSION WILL FORFEIT THE DEPOSIT ENTIRELY

 

 

 

HOW DO I PAY MY DEPOSIT?

ONCE A TIME AND DATE HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR YOUR DESIRED PHOTO SESSION. A INVOICE WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU AND MUST BE PAID WITHIN 48 HOURS TO SECURE YOUR DATE AND TIME UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. 

 

 

 

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY SESSION?

ALL REMAINING BALANCES MUST BE PAID AT THE TIME OF THE PHOTO SESSION IN CASH, CHECK (MADE PAYABLE TO “AMBER ALAOUIE”), OR BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD.
